We provide staffing to compliment your existing procedures and provide recommendations.

Individual Plans

We work with existing school templates or use our own to create a bespoke curriculum plan. This plan includes:

– Behaviour risk assessment

– Academic curriculum plan

– Social and emotional individual support plan

We provide staff observation and mentoring to ensure any plans created are fully individualised and updated on a regular basis so that they grow with the child.

Education and Health Care Plans

In the case of challenging behaviour which may present as a result of an undiagnosed need, we support with EHCP applications, and we can advise on referrals or recommendations for additional services.

Staff Training and Mentoring

We provide training and mentoring to staff on an individual or team-basis to support an understanding of challenging behaviour, de-escalation strategies, and responding to challenging behaviour.
